One question for today
Two decks of 200 questions each. Foundations helps you take a closer look at yourself, and Confrontation takes you where we usually don't look. You always play by the same four steps: alone, as a pair or in a group.
- Drawone card, at random
- Answerwith your first honest thought, not the “right” one
- Someone asks morewith one question, no advice or judgement. Playing solo, you skip this step
- Stay or go deeperby drawing a card from the paired category in Deck B
One small step. After a card that moved you, write down one small step you will take with it in the next 48 hours. Pass always works: you put the card aside without explaining why.
- Deck A “Foundations”: values, emotions and the body, relationships and boundaries, past and patterns, here and now
- Deck B “Confrontation”: shadow, fear and courage, time and meaning, closeness and wounds, change and responsibility
- A STOP card, a rules cheat sheet and a card for closing the conversation
For adults: for self-reflection, couples, groups and sessions. A tool for conversation, not therapy.
